Early Bridal Suite Access
Enjoy an additional complimentary hour in your private bridal suite, with access commencing three hours prior to your reception instead of the standard two. Take your time getting ready, relax with your bridal party, and enjoy the convenience of returning to your suite throughout your celebration.

Onsite Ceremony Package
A dedicated HIGHLINE ceremony space with up to 60 white Tiffany chairs, a signing table and a water station. Up to 90-minute duration, available from 3:00pm onwards, subject to availability. Please arrange with the Coordination Team.

Foam Display Cake
A decorative foam cake for formalities and photography. Clients may select from our available display cake designs, subject to availability. Final selection is to be confirmed with your Event Coordinator up to two weeks prior to your event.

Terms & Conditions
10% Discount
Applies to your total contracted event order at the time of electronically signing the confirmed quote, including venue hire, catering and beverage packages.
Does not apply to:
- Existing bookings confirmed prior to the commencement of this promotion
- Existing promotional packages
- Third-party supplier services
- AV upgrades provided by Showtime Productions
- Optional extras not included in the original contracted event order
The discount does not apply to any additional catering, beverage packages, venue hire, styling or AV services added after the initial Event Order has been contracted.
Styling Voucher
Receive a credit voucher towards your styling and floral setup with our in-house styling team, Styled by HIGHLINE.
- Spend $2,000 ex. GST or more and receive a $250 voucher
- Spend $3,000 ex. GST or more and receive a $400 voucher
- Spend $4,000 ex. GST or more and receive a $500 voucher
The voucher applies per event booking based on the total confirmed styling spend (not per invoice or separate order). Valid for 60 days from the date of paying your deposit for your HIGHLINE Venue event. Not transferable for cash or credit. Applies to Styled by HIGHLINE floral and décor services only. Excludes GST and any third-party supplier fees or event elements.
Complimentary Bridal Suite
Three hours of complimentary access to one private bridal suite prior to your reception (one additional hour beyond our standard inclusion). Early access commences three hours prior to your official reception start time, after which the bridal suite remains available for your use throughout the duration of your event. Please refer to your Event Coordinator for your confirmed runsheet and access times. Access to the bridal suite is limited to the couple, immediate family, bridal party and nominated guests, with a maximum of 20 people permitted at any one time.
First Complimentary Gift
Redeem one of the following when booking your wedding reception on the day of your venue tour. Please advise our Coordination Team of your selected gift no later than two months prior to your event date. Once selected, your complimentary gift cannot be changed, transferred, exchanged for another gift, or redeemed for cash or credit.
- Menu Tasting: a complimentary dine-in menu tasting for up to 10 guests on selected dates, provided by the Coordination Team. Tastings are generally held one to two months prior to the wedding.
- Guest Meals: one table of 10 guest meals, including the selected beverage package, complimentary. Applies to one additional table above the contracted minimum table count.
- Dietary Meals: up to 10 dietary meals (vegetarian, vegan or non-seafood), including the selected beverage package.
- Pre-Dinner Drinks & Canapés: the Chef’s selection of four roaming canapés per guest, served alongside the included beverage package for 30 minutes prior to guests entering the ballroom (maximum 80 guests).
Second Complimentary Gift
In addition, couples may redeem one of the following when booking their wedding reception on the day of their venue tour. Please advise our Coordination Team of your selected gift no later than two months prior to your event date. Once selected, your complimentary gift cannot be changed, transferred, exchanged for another gift, or redeemed for cash or credit.
- Onsite Ceremony Package: a dedicated HIGHLINE ceremony space with up to 60 white Tiffany chairs, a signing table and a water station. Up to 90-minute duration, available from 3:00pm onwards, subject to availability. Please arrange with the Coordination Team.
