We’ve had the pleasure of hosting many weddings with Gold Licenced Caterers using our commercial kitchen, with couples and families bringing in cuisines including Indian, Pakistani, Nepalese, Afghani, African and more.
Your caterer will have access to our commercial kitchen, while you and your guests enjoy our opulent ballrooms adorned with lavish gold and crystal chandeliers, along with the same dedicated event coordination team provided for every HIGHLINE wedding.
Self Catering couples can now enjoy an exclusive collection of Monday to Friday and Sunday booking incentives, on top of the full HIGHLINE experience.

Second Complimentary Gift
Choose oneOnsite Ceremony Package
Up to 60 white Tiffany chairs, a signing table with linen and a water station. 90-minute duration, bridal suite access from 45 minutes prior. Ceremonies commence from 3:00pm onwards, immediately before your reception, subject to HIGHLINE approval and availability.
Foam Display Cake
A decorative foam cake for formalities and photography. Select your preferred design with your Event Coordinator up to two weeks prior to your wedding.

This offer is available for new Self Catering Package Monday to Friday and Sunday wedding bookings, for event dates from 2026 through 2028. Speak to our team to check your preferred date.

First Complimentary Gift
Choose one at the time of booking. Once selected, your gift cannot be changed, transferred, exchanged for another gift, or redeemed for cash or credit.

- Kitchen Access Fee: complimentary access to our commercial kitchen, with the $500 kitchen access fee waived from your booking. Must be selected at the time of booking.
Second Complimentary Gift
Please advise our Coordination Team of your selected gift no later than two months prior to your event date. Once selected, your gift cannot be changed, transferred, exchanged for another gift, or redeemed for cash or credit.
- Onsite Ceremony Package: up to 60 white Tiffany chairs, a signing table and a water station. Up to 90-minute duration, bridal suite access commencing 45 minutes prior, available from 3:00pm onwards, subject to HIGHLINE approval and availability.
- Foam Display Cake: a decorative foam cake for formalities and photography. Design to be confirmed with your Event Coordinator up to two weeks prior to your event.

Gold License Caterer
Clients must notify The HIGHLINE Venue of their nominated Gold Licenced Caterer no later than one month prior to the event date. A copy of the caterer’s current Gold Licence Caterer™ Accreditation and Public Liability Insurance Certificate must be provided to HIGHLINE for approval.
All approved external caterers must comply with HIGHLINE’s Self Catering Guidelines, venue policies and operational requirements at all times.
HIGHLINE reserves the right to approve or decline any proposed external caterer, including caterers appearing on the Gold Licence accreditation list. Approval may be declined where the caterer’s cuisine or catering services substantially overlap with catering offered in-house by The HIGHLINE Venue, or where the caterer otherwise does not meet HIGHLINE’s venue or operational requirements.
